Error Message: “An active subscription with this email was not found”

Did you accidentally enter a space before or after your email address?

This could be the simple solution!  If so, delete and try again.  NOTE: You may need to hard close the app and reopen it to try again.  Not sure how to hard close?

iOS (iPhone or iPad):

• On iPhone X or newer models (without a home button):
  • Swipe up from the bottom of the screen and pause slightly in the middle of the screen.
  • You will see the app cards or multitasking view.
  • Swipe left or right to find the app you want to close.
  • Swipe the app card up and off the top of the screen to force close it.
• On iPhone 8 or earlier models (with a home button):
  • Double-click the home button to access the app switcher.
  • Find the app you want to close by swiping left or right.
  • Swipe the app window up to force close it.

Android:

• Using Recent Apps/Overview button:
  • Tap the square or recent apps button (this varies between Android devices).
  • Swipe left or right to find the app you want to close.
  • Swipe the app left or right, or swipe it up or down, depending on your device, to force close it.
• Using App Settings:
  • Go to "Settings" on your Android device.
  • Navigate to "Apps" or "Application Manager."
  • Find and select the app you want to close.
  • Tap "Force Stop" or a similar option to forcefully close the app.

Are you using the email address associated with your existing REFIT membership? 

To confirm what email address is attached to your membership, log in to your account on any web browser, go to the “Account” drop-down in the top right corner, and choose “Account Info.”  At the top of that page, you should see your profile information, and your email address will be listed there.
